1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

At Kriative Krafts, we strive for complete satisfaction. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, with all security tags intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return request, navigate to your Customer Portal and select the order item. Once approved by our team, a courier pickup will be scheduled.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
